- one hundred fifteen g butter
- one hundred twenty g caster sugar
- one g cinnamon
- two g nutmeg
- five ml vanilla extract
- one shortcrust pastry
- four hundred fifty g sweet potato
- one egg or two small ones
Preheat the oven to one hundred eighty °C (thermostat 6) and roll out the dough in a pie dish.
Cook the sweet potatoes in boiling water for 30 minutes.
Peel them and mash them.
Mix with egg, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract.
Pour mixture on dough and bake for forty five to fifty min of cook.
