Homemade Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients :

°3 cups powdered sugar
°1/3 cup soft butter
°1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
°1-2 tablespoons of milk

Methods  :

In a medium bowl, mix powdered sugar and butter with a spoon or electric mixer on low speed. Adding vanilla & 1 tsp milk.
Gradually whisk in enough remaining milk to make the garnish smooth and spreadable. If the frosting is too thick, whisk in more milk, a few drops at a time. If the frosting becomes too thin, whisk a small amount of powdered sugar. Generously freeze a 13-by-9-inch cake, or fill and freeze a two-tier 8- or 9-inch cake.
