Whether you’re enjoying it as the main course, slicing it up for salads, or using it in sandwiches and wraps, grilled chicken is always a crowd-pleaser.
Once marinated, the chicken is cooked over a hot grill until it’s golden brown on the outside and cooked through, with a charred, smoky flavor from the grill. Grilled chicken pairs well with a wide range of side dishes, from simple salads and vegetables to rice, pasta, or potatoes.
Overall, grilled chicken is a delicious, healthy option that’s perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a casual weeknight dinner or a summer barbecue with friends and family.
Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 450gm chicken tenderloins (miniature chicken fillet)
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• Half a teaspoon of salt
• Half teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Directions:
Add olive oil and melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet/frying pan over medium heat.
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add chicken pieces and season with paprika, salt and pepper.
Cook for 3 minutes on each side (season each side while cooking). Make room for garlic, melt the remaining butter, and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds or until the garlic is fragrant.
Season with Italian seasoning and cook for another minute. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the pan to remove it, scraping up any pieces sticking to the bottom of the pan (this is where all the good flavor is). Enjoy!
