Hey everyone, this is the egg roll filling that I made a while ago. It’s pretty isn’t it? You can also eat this right away and add to your bowl.
If you don’t want the extra work to make a fried egg rolls. It’s delicious for sure. I always do this for leftovers in making egg rolls or I cook double the recipe. Happy eating!


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground pork or meat of your choice
  • 1 big carrots shredded
  • 1 big bell pepper or 4 mini sweet bell pepper shredded
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

    Steps:

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients excluding cabbage. Marinate at least 1 hr in fridge.

    In a pan, add a squirt of oil, add the marinated pork with veggies. Sauté and cook till the meat no longer pink. Add shredded cabbage. Stirfry for at least 1-2 minutes. Don’t overcook the cabbage.
    Take it out from the pan and ready to serve. Enjoy!
