  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Steak Bites:
Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, paprika, dried rosemary, and dried thyme.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak bites are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Combine Steak and Shrimp:
Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet with the shrimp.
Add the unsalted butter and lemon juice, tossing everything together until the butter is melted and the steak and shrimp are well coated with the garlic lemon butter sauce.
Serve:
Transfer the steak bites and shrimp to a serving platter.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
