Homemade Coffee Ice Cream 


Homemade Coffee Ice Cream is a rich, creamy, and indulgent frozen dessert that perfectly combines the bold,
aromatic essence of coffee with the smooth, velvety texture of traditional ice cream. Crafted from simple, wholesome ingredients, this treat delivers a luxurious, café-style experience in every bite.
Made with freshly brewed coffee or espresso, the ice cream captures the robust flavor of your favorite morning pick-me-up while balancing it with a sweet, creamy base.
Ingredients:
- – 2 cups heavy cream
- – 1 cup whole milk
- – ¾ cup strong brewed coffee (cooled) or 2 tbsp espresso powder
- – ¾ cup sugar
- – 4 egg yolks
- – 1 tsp vanilla extract
- – Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Mix cream, milk, coffee, and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until steaming (do not boil).
2. Whisk egg yolks, then slowly add hot milk mixture while stirring.
3. Return to heat and stir until thickened (coat a spoon).
4. Strain, add vanilla & salt. Chill 4+ hours.
5. Churn in an ice cream maker, then freeze.
