Indulge in the perfect harmony of flaky, buttery pastry and luscious, fruity sweetness with our Berries and Cream Filled Croissants. These exquisite treats begin with a golden, perfectly baked croissant,
crafted from layers of delicate dough that are folded and rolled to achieve a light, airy texture with a satisfyingly crisp exterior. Each bite offers a rich, melt-in-your-mouth experience that speaks to the artistry of traditional French baking techniques.
Ingredients:
4 fresh croissants (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using store-bought croissants, place them on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until they’re slightly crispy.
While the croissants are warming, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Once the croissants are warmed, slice them horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Gently spoon the whipped cream into the croissant pockets, filling them generously.
Top with a handful of mixed berries, gently pressing them into the cream.

If desired, drizzle a bit of honey over the top for extra sweetness and shine.

Serve immediately and enjoy these delightful berries and cream filled croissants with a hot cup of coffee or tea!
