Chilled Malva Cheesecake Pots
Chilled Malva Cheesecake Pots are a delightful fusion of South African tradition and creamy indulgence,
offering a modern twist on the classic Malva pudding. These individual dessert pots layer the rich, caramelized flavors of Malva pudding with a velvety cheesecake filling,
creating a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. The base is typically made with a crumbly biscuit layer, adding a subtle crunch that complements the smoothness of the cheesecake layer above.
The cheesecake itself is infused with hints of apricot jam and caramel, paying homage to the signature flavors of traditional Malva pudding.
