Filipino Bihon

A Vermicelli noodles stir fry with veggies



Recipe:

  • 1 small pack vermicelli noodles
  • 1 bunch Chinese cabbage sliced thinly
  • 1 Carrot thinly slices
  • 1 Onion Cut thin slices
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Finely chopped
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 3 tbsp oil

    Stir Fry Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper



Steps:



First, soak the noodles in the hot water for 10 minutes. Then rinse with cold water, and set aside.
Mix all the stir fry sauce ingredients in a small bowl, whisk and set it aside.



In a pan, heat the oil, add garlic and stir for a few seconds. Follow with the onion, and carrots till tender.
Next add the cabbage, and snow peas, stir well and add the noodles. Add the sauce mixture in.



Toss well to combine everything evenly and cook until the noodles absorbed all the sauce. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
