Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (check for halal certification)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth (check for halal certification)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup capers, drained
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach



Instructions:

 



Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
