Orange Jello Pudding

Ingredients:

  • • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice -from 2 🍊🍊
  • • 1 1/2 cups water
  • • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • • 2 ( 3 oz.) Jell O mix
  • • 3 cups milk
  • • 1/4 cup sugar
  • • 2 tablespoons ( knox unflavored )gelatin



Instructions:



• Squeeze 2 oranges and strain , makes about 1/2 cup juice.
• In a small pot, whisk together orange juice, water, sugar and jello. Stir until well combined.
• Boil for 3-5 minutes . Transfer to a baking dish, refrigerate until set.
• Meanwhile, in a small pot, whisk together the milk, sugar and gelatin until well incorporated.
• Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool in room temperature.
• Slice the jello into cubes, transfer in a loaf pan. Pour in the milk mixture , then gently mix.
• Refrigerate for 6-8 hours or until set.
Flip over on a serving dish, slice and enjoy!
