Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced



Directions:



Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
