Tortilla Pizza Rolls

Tortilla Pizza Rolls are a fun and easy twist on traditional pizza, using tortillas instead of pizza dough for a quick and delicious snack or meal. These rolls are perfect for parties, movie nights, or anytime you’re craving pizza in a different form.

To make Tortilla Pizza Rolls, start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay out a large flour tortilla and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the entire surface. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then add your favorite pizza toppings such as pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.

Starting from one edge, tightly roll up the tortilla into a log shape. Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into 1-inch thick rounds. Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.

Bake the pizza rolls in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

These Tortilla Pizza Rolls can be served as is, or with additional pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. They are a versatile dish that can be customized with your favorite pizza toppings and are sure to be a hit with everyone!
