Ingredients (6 people):
- 500 g of flour
- 125 g butter, softened at room temperature
- 5 g dry yeast
- 80 g of sugar
- 1 bottle of vanilla essence
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml milk at room temperature
Sift the flour into the bowl of the food processor, add the sugar and dry yeast. Start to mix everything by adding the milk little by little.
Let it be well absorbed. Add the vanilla.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing them well with the rest of the batter.
Add the butter little by little, letting it be well absorbed.
Work the dough for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then cover the dough with a sheet of cling film and let it rise overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, remove dough for donuts and buns from the refrigerator until doubled.
Once ready, spread it on the pastry board and make donuts or brioches.
Bake them in the oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
