INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kl Bangus
- 500ml olive oil or canola oil
- 1 head garlic
- 2 pc carrot
- 7 pcs laurel leaves
- 1 tsp whole peppercorn
- 4 pcs chili peppers (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- Water enough to cover the fish
*Green olives (optional) since ayoko ng olives Di ko po sya nilagyan
- Brine solution: binabad ko po sya sa tubig na may asin pra malinis at wlang dugo dugo
- 1 liter water
- 1/2 cup salt
*Soak for 30 mins
