  • 1 kl Bangus
  • 500ml olive oil or canola oil
  • 1 head garlic
  • 2 pc carrot
  • 7 pcs laurel leaves
  • 1 tsp whole peppercorn
  • 4 pcs chili peppers (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Water enough to cover the fish

  • 1/2 cup salt
