
Ingredients:
300 grams of flour
20 grams of sugar
7 grams of dry yeast
50 gr butter
130 grams of milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Preparation:
In the mixer insert the flour, sugar, yeast, butter, milk, salt and egg.
Mix the ingredients until you get a uniform and homogeneous mixture.
Let rise until doubled in volume.
Stretch the dough and form the donuts.
Let them rest for 15 minutes and fry them in hot oil.
