Ingredients:

 

 

– Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
– Sugar: 1/3 cup
– Milk: 1/4 cup
– Buttermilk: 1/4 cup
– Lemon juice: 2 1/2 tablespoons
– White vinegar: 1 1/2 tablespoons
– Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
– Pepper: 1/8 teaspoon
– Cabbage: 8 cups, approx. 1 head (finely chopped)
– Carrot: 1/4 cup, 1 medium (shredded)
– Onion: 2 tablespoons (minced)

Directions:

1. To start with, dice finely your cabbage and carrots. (I recommend you to use fine shredder disc on the food processor).

2. Cabbage and carrot mixture needs to be poured into a large bowl and stirred in minced onions at this stage.

3. Make sure to process remaining ingredients with regular blade on food processor, just until smooth.

4. Once done, you’ll want to pour over vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.

5. To finish, cover the bowl and refrigerate for several hours ( preferably overnight) before serving.
