Meat skewers stuffed with age: for an original and tasty second course!
400g of Ground meat
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of paprika coffee
In a bowl with the meat, add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, egg and mix well.
