Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers

This recipe is a healthy appetizer or snack is perfection! My Everything Bagel Cream Cheese Stuffed Mini Peppers could not be simpler to make, crazy tasty, AND super good for you. If you happen to be on a gluten-free, low cal, low carb, or keto diet these are for you.

 

INGREDIENTS:

3-4 halved bell peppers
1 lb ground beef
1 block cream cheese
1 package of taco seasoning 
1 T garlic powder
1/4 cup salsa

 

METHODE:

Brown beef and add seasonings
Add seasonings.
Add cream cheese and taco seasoning and salsa
Add mixture to halved peppers.
Pop in oven 350 for 25 minutes.
Optional – pop peppers in oven for approx 5 min before adding mixture to soften.
