In this article we present a simple and tasty recipe: spinach wraps , without flour.
4 egg whites,
1 handful of boiled and chopped spinach,
1 pinch of salt and black pepper.
Blend the spinach with the egg whites, salt and black pepper until you obtain a liquid consistency. Oil a pan and pour about a spoonful of the mixture until it cooks. Flip and continue cooking, it will only take a few minutes.
The beauty of this recipe is that, in addition to avoiding refined flours, you can choose the contents of the wraps yourself. A tip: cherry tomatoes, rocket and parmesan flakes!
