Spicy Delight: MISSISSIPPI CHICKEN 🍗🌶️

 

Ingredients 🥣 :

 

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix 🥄
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix 🥄
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced 🧈
  • 8-10 pepperoncini peppers 🌶️

 

Instructions 📋 :

Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
Add sliced unsalted butter and pepperoncini peppers on top.


Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Shred the cooked chicken in the slow cooker using two forks and mix it with the sauce.
Serve the spicy Mississippi Chicken over rice or on a sandwich bun.
