Mint aero fudge Recipe

Mint aero fudge Recipe. I’ve had to eat all the”real” food in my freezer to make space for all this fudge!
The best part of the fudge recipe is you just need to toss all the ingredients in the slow cooker and then wait for it to be ready.

The five ingredients you’ll need are 100g cadbury, 200g plain chocolate, 100g Aero Mint chocolate, tin condensed milk, a dash vanilla essence and 50g butter.

Simply add to the slow cooker for one hour with a towel under the lid, and stir every ten minutes.

You then need to pour into a lined tin and then pop in the fridge for ten minutes.

The simple recipe involves just five ingredients placed in a slow cooker

The woman explained: “Take out, add extra mint aero or whatever topping. Put back in fridge for three hours and bobs your uncle.”

Ingredients:

  • 500 gram chocolate
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 teaspoons peppermint essence

Directions:

Put in slow cooker on high with lid off. Stir every 15 minutes until you see a crust form on the top.

Mix well & then leave until you see another crust form.

Crush up a bag of mint aero balls & pop half in the bottom of a dish lined with cling film. Pour in fudge & scatter the rest of the aero on top.

Leave to set in the fridge x
