Slow Cooker Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole

This simple crock pot recipe is perfect for starting out the day! A giant plate of Cheesy Kielbasa Hash Browns will not only give your tummy the boost it needs but it will fuel your body will energy all day long!

I don’t know about you, but I love being able to use my crock pot and cook up a nice meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And while this dish might “technically” be considered breakfast because of the hash browns, my crew and I will eat this at any point in time during the day!

It’s so simple to make, I’m certain you’re going to agree!

Crock Pot Recipe – Cheesy Kielbasa Hash Browns
It’s time to go ahead and let your crock pot do all the work. Simple dump in the ingredients and just walk away….talk about refreshing, right?!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 32- oz. bag of hash browns, defrosted
  • 14 oz. kielbasa, thawed and cut into small pieces
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup of butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese, I used a mix of Monterey jack and cheddar
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken
  • 1 cup whole milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of the cheese in a greased crock pot.
In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken, butter and milk. Pour over hashbrown mix.


Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
