Banana Split Jello Shots

Banana Split Jello Shots: a playful twist on a classic dessert that adds a touch of whimsy to any gathering. Imagine a vibrant array of miniature delights, each one a burst of flavor and nostalgia reminiscent of the beloved banana split.

Ingredients:

  • 🥛 ¾ cup very cold whole milk
  • 🍌 ¾ cup banana pudding cream moonshine (Ole Smoky brand recommended)
  • 🍌 3.4 oz instant banana cream flavored pudding mix

    Garnish:

 

  • 🍦 Squirt whipped topping (Reddi Whip brand, extra creamy)
  • 🍫 Chocolate sauce dessert topping (in a squirt bottle, Ghirardelli brand recommended)
  • 🌈 Rainbow sprinkles
  • 🍌 Fresh banana slices (¼ inch thick)
  • 🍒 Maraschino cherries (drained of juice and patted dry)

 

Instructions:


1️⃣ Arrange 10 (2 oz. sized) jello shot cups on a rimmed tray or platter and set them aside.

2️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole milk, banana pudding cream moonshine, and instant banana cream flavored pudding mix. Whisk for 2 minutes or until the mixture is starting to set up but is still pourable.

3️⃣ Fill each jello shot cup with the banana split pudding mixture.

4️⃣ Refrigerate the cups for a minimum of 2 hours, or up to overnight, to allow the pudding to fully set.

5️⃣ Just before serving, garnish each banana split jello shot with a squirt of whipped topping, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, rainbow sprinkles, a slice of fresh banana, and a maraschino cherry.
