Brownies:
▢1 box brownie mix (not prepared)

▢5 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
▢1/4 cup milk
French Silk Layer:
▢8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢2 cups powdered sugar
▢4 ounces semi sweet chocolate
▢1/4 cup unsalted butter (cubed)
▢8 ounce Cool Whip
Topping:
▢8 ounce Cool Whip
▢chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips
Instructions:

– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
– In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, 1 egg, melted unsalted butter, and milk. Mix until well combined.
– Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9×9-inch (23×23 cm) baking pan.
– Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
– Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool completely.
French Silk Layer:
– In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
– Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar, and beat until well combined.
– In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and cubed unsalted butter together in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
– Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until smooth.
– Fold in the 8 ounces of Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
– Spread the French Silk mixture evenly over the cooled brownies.
Topping:
– Spread the remaining 8 ounces of Cool Whip over the French Silk layer.
– Garnish with chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips.
