Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, rinsed, and drained
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste

  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:


Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8×8 baking dish (or similar size) with cooking spray, then set aside.
