Ingredients:

  • 2 cups red grapes, washed and frozen (or 1 cup fresh grapes)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Ice cubes

Optional additions:

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (for extra sweetness)
  • A few mint leaves (for a refreshing touch)


Instructions:



Prep the Grapes: Wash and freeze the grapes for at least 2 hours, or overnight, for a thicker and colder juice. If using fresh grapes, simply wash and remove any stems.

Extract Lemon Juice: Squeeze the juice from half a lemon to collect about 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.

Blend the Juice: Combine the frozen grapes, lemon juice, and coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Adjust Taste (Optional): If desired, add honey or agave nectar for extra sweetness and taste to adjust according to your preference.
