INGREDIENT:
- Udon Stir fry noodles (2 bags)
- Broccoli (2 crowns)
- Cabbage (1 whole cut into small pieces)
- 3 cups or so of marinated boneless chicken thighs..(marinated in soy sauce and veri veri teriyaki)
- 1 bag of string carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 package of mushrooms sliced
METHODE:
I cook everything separate adding minced garlic and ginger powder and soy suace….the cooking oil is sesame oil for everything.
Once everything is cooked add together and cook using judgment on more soy sauce, garlic, or ginger…
