INGREDIENTS:This is the fluffiest cake we’ve ever made
4 egg yolks
4 eggs whites
3 tbsp sugar
400g greek yogurt 10%
4 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
40g chocolate chips
METHOD:
In a bowl mix together egg yolks with sugar, baking powder, and cornstarch, and add in yogurt.
In another bowl beat egg whites, mix them into the yolk mixture, and add in chocolate chips.
Bake at 170’C for 1 hour.
