  •  1/2 cup cream or full-fat milk
  •  1 tbsp unsalted butter
  •  1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  •  Pinch of paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

✅ Instructions:

👆 Prepare the Fries:

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the potato fries until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes. Drain on a paper towel and season with salt.

👆 Marinate the Steak:

Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.
Mix lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and thyme in a bowl. Marinate half of the steak slices in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.
For the other half of the steak, we will use the honey garlic sauce after cooking.

👆 Cook the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the lemon garlic marinated steak slices until browned and cooked to your preference, set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the remaining steak slices, and once done, set aside.

👆 Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:

Combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Toss the cooked, unmarinated steak slices in this sauce.

👆 Prepare the Cheese Sauce:

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour and cook for a minute to make a roux.
Slowly whisk in cream or milk, ensuring no lumps form.
Add the grated cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

👆 Assemble the Loaded Fries:

Place a layer of crispy fries on a serving plate.
Add the lemon garlic steak and honey garlic steak on top of the fries.
Generously drizzle the cheese sauce over the steak and fries.
