INGREDIENTS : 

  • 1 egg
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 125ml (3/5 cup) vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • feta spinach
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 rolls of phyllo dough
  • poppy seeds
  • 1 yolk egg

METHOD :

Mix egg, milk, oil, water, and salt in a bowl.
Layout a sheet of filo pastry and pour a little of the mixture, spread over the entire sheet. Repeat twice, getting a total of 3 layers.
Mix feta cheese and cooked spinach and pour over the filo pastry. Roll from one end to the other to obtain a strip.
Cut into triangles and place on a baking tray.
Brush each triangle with egg yolk.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake at 180ºC (356°F) for 15 minutes.
