- ¾ lb. of fresh trimmed green beans.
- 1 lb. of red potatoes (cut into 1 inch chunks).
- 1 medium wedged onion.
- 2 tsps of olive oil.
- 1 tsp of salt.
- 1 tsp of pepper.
- ½ tsp of garlic powder.
