Stuffed tomato gratin ingredients:
4 large ripe tomatoes
3 cups cooked white rice (tea)
1 pot of cream cheese (200g)
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons of crushed fresh Minas cheese
Method of preparation:
Cut a lid on the tomatoes and carefully remove the core without piercing the skin. In a bowl, mix the rice, curd, basil, nuts and chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Divide among the tomatoes, filling the cavity. Cover with 1 tablespoon of the mashed cheese, place in a mold and place in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes. Serve immediately
