400g melted white chocolate

1 box of cream (200g)

2 cups of whipped cream (tea)

300g strawberries cut in half

1 package of cornstarch biscuits (200g)

Topping for chocolate ice cream and strawberries to decorate

Method of preparation:

In a blender, beat the melted chocolate, cream and half of the whipped cream until smooth.
Mix the remaining whipped cream with a spoon. In a medium English cake pan lined with plastic wrap, spread a little of the chocolate cream, a little strawberry and another layer of cream.
Make a layer of biscuit and repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, ending with biscuit.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. Unmold, decorate with frosting,
strawberry and serve.

TIP: You can replace strawberries with other fruits such as grapes, blackberries or raspberries, for example. If you want to make it more different, use chocolate-flavored cornstarch biscuits for a nice contrast in your dessert.
