Ingredients:
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cans of milk (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
1 box of cream (200g)
2 cups of chopped panettone leftovers

5 chopped strawberries
4 chopped blackberries
10 cherries in syrup, drained
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method of preparation:
Place condensed milk, milk, cornstarch and egg yolks in a pan over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Stir in the cream and let it cool. Add the panettone and the whipped egg whites. Transfer to a 30cm diameter mold with a hole in the middle and take it to the freezer for 6 hours. In a pan, take the topping ingredients to medium fire for 5 minutes, after boiling. Let cool. Remove the ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes before serving, unmould, cover with the topping and serve
