Chayote Salad TOO GOOD

Ingredients:

3 peeled and chopped chayotes

1/2 finely chopped onion

4 tablespoons olive oil

salt to taste

1/2 cup of parsley (chopped)

lemon to taste

Preparation:
Cook the chayotes in boiling water until soft.
Let cool.
Place the chayote, onion, olive oil, salt, parsley and lemon on a platter.
Stir well and serve
