Marry Me Chicken”

“Marry Me Chicken” is a popular dish known for its rich and creamy sauce. The name suggests that the dish is so delicious, it might inspire someone to propose marriage after tasting it! While recipes can vary, the basic concept involves chicken breasts cooked in a creamy sauce with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and herbs. Here’s a general description of how it’s typically made:

To make Marry Me Chicken, start by seasoning chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Brown the chicken in a skillet with olive oil until it’s cooked through, then remove it from the pan and set it aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then add chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes (either chopped or whole depending on preference), and spinach. Simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly and the spinach wilts.

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the top. Let it simmer for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve the chicken and sauce over cooked pasta, rice, or with a side of vegetables. Garnish with fresh herbs like basil or parsley, and enjoy!

The result is a creamy, flavorful dish that’s sure to impress. Whether it leads to a marriage proposal or not, Marry Me Chicken is definitely worth trying!
