COOKIES AND CHOCOLATE CAKE  

Cookies and chocolate cake is a delightful dessert that combines two beloved treats into one decadent creation. This dessert features layers of rich, moist chocolate cake sandwiched with creamy frosting and filled with crumbled cookies for added texture and flavor.

To make cookies and chocolate cake, start by preparing your favorite chocolate cake recipe. Bake the cake in round cake pans according to the recipe instructions and let them cool completely.

Ingredients:

  • 50g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50g of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Chocolate cookies
  • 20g of flour
  • 20g cornstarch
  • 50ml of milk
  • 100g chocolate
  • 50ml vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Pour the egg, sugar, salt, vanilla, cornstarch, and flour into the pot. Mix very well. Turn on the heat and mix until melted.
2. Add the milk and mix well.
3. Add the butter and mix again until thick.
4. Carefully place cookies on a baking sheet.
5. Pour the pastry cream on top of the cookies and spread it all over the cookies until completely covered.
6. Repeat until the tray is full. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Melt the chocolate and mix with vegetable oil. Pour on top of the cake and refrigerate for 4 hours.
