1kg of fresh green chillies (rinse and take the stems off.
6 red chillies ,rinse and take the stems off.
Roughly chop in food processor.
METHODE
Heat 1.5 cups of oil. Remove from heat and add 3 cloves garlic (slit the garlic)
Add 1/2 teaspoon rough salt to the chopped chillies, 2.5 tablespoons of pickle masala and 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri chillie powder.
Mix well and add the oil and pieces of garlic.
Store in a sterilized jar
