
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds of chicken sliced into strips
2 table spoons of butter.
METHODE
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat add chicken season with garlic,onion,salt, pepper, and paprika
You know the chicken is done with it starts to caramelize
.For the rice
4 cups of water 2 cups of white rice
add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the water along with 3 tablespoons of knorrs tomato bouillon with chicken flavor,garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper.
Cook rice about 25 min fluff with fork. Plate the rice first then with the chicken then top with store bought queso cheese
