This low carb dessert

This low-carb dessert is a delightful and guilt-free treat that satisfies your sweet tooth without compromising your dietary goals. It features a rich and creamy base with layers of flavor that create a decadent and satisfying experience.

To start, you’ll make a crust using almond flour, coconut oil, and a low-carb sweetener like erythritol. Press the mixture into a baking dish and bake until golden and crisp.

Next, you’ll prepare the filling by blending together cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and more sweetener until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture over the crust and refrigerate until set.

For an extra layer of indulgence, top the dessert with a sugar-free whipped cream and a sprinkle of dark chocolate shavings or berries.

Each bite of this low-carb dessert is a symphony of flavors and textures, with the buttery crust, creamy filling, and light whipped cream coming together to create a truly satisfying treat. Plus, since it’s low in carbs, you can enjoy it without any of the guilt typically associated with dessert.

INGREDIENTS:

1 8oz block cream cheese softened
1 small package sugar free pudding (I use cheesecake or vanilla. Chocolate works too!)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup water

METHODE
