2 cups of cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of salsa
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas or wraps
Optional toppings: sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, or grated cheese
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, chopped cilantro, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Lay out the flour tortillas or wraps on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture equally among the tortillas and spread it out in a thin layer, leaving a small border around the edges.
If desired, add your choice of optional toppings such as sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, or grated cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
Roll up the tortillas tightly, starting from one end and tucking in the filling as you go. Secure the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
Slice the rolled-up tortillas into bite-sized pinwheels or rounds. Arrange them on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
