Thai Peanut Chicken Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 lb chicken breast sliced in cubes
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup water

METHODE

In a small bowl, add the chicken and cornstarch and toss until coated. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and water. Set aside.


Add the oil into a non-stick pan and place it over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.


Add the sauce mix into the pan. Cook until the sauce is thickened. Add the chicken back to the pan and mix with the sauce.
Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
