INGREDIENT::

Marinade for shrimp:

  • 1/3 cup soy
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes

  • 12 large shrimp, tail off deveined
  • 1.5 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Green onions for garnish

methode:


Mix ingredients for marinade together and in shrimp. Allow to marinate at least 15 minutes but no longer than 30 minutes.

Make the sauce by mixing soy, honey, ginger, red pepper flakes and garlic together.

Add oil over medium high heat add in a large wok or skillet. Add in bell peppers and onions. Cook approximately 3-4 minutes. Add in broccoli and cook another 4 minutes or so before adding in butter. Once melted add in shrimp and cook approximately 2 minutes on each side before adding the sauce. Next add in rice. Stir everything together and enjoy!
