Ingredients:

  • 3 lb roast
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic pepper
  • 1 carton beef broth
  • 1 envelope dry italian dressing mix
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 jar pepperoncini pepper
  • 8 hoagie, sub, or kaiser rolls
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

FIRST STEP:
Season roast with garlic pepper on both sides and place in slow cooker
Whisk together the broth, dry dressing mix, and italian seasoning until well combined and pour over the roast
SECOND STEP:
Pour the pepperoncinis, with juice, on top – reserve a few peppers for garnish if desired
