  • 1 TABLESPOON.Of baking powder
  • {Buffalo wing sauce} for tossing and serving on the side

DIRECTIONS:

I set my oven’s temperature to 450 degrees F. Then I put the wings in a large tub, I dried them well with a towel made of paper.
I sprinkled baking powder directly over the wings. And I throw it until all the wings are coated by powder equally.
Then I lined a wide baking sheet with aluminum foil and I put a cooling rack on top to keep Pam from sticking and spraying or rubbing with cooking oil.
I lay the chicken wings on the rack until finished, leaving space between the wings.
I placed the baking sheet t in the oven and I turned the heat down to 425 degrees F.
All right, I baked for around 30 to 35 minutes, until the wings are fairly brown and crisp.
For serving, I served it hot at this point, tossed in Buffalo sauce, plus more sauce on the side. Enjoy.
