100g of sugar
30g of corn starch
20g unsweetened cocoa
500 ml of milk
60g dark chocolate
40g butter
3 eggs
100g of sugar
8g vanillin
1 pinch of salt
120ml of sunflower oil
150ml milk at room temperature
15g baking powder
240g of flour
15g unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon milk
1. Cream: in a saucepan, sift and mix the sugar, starch and cocoa. Add the milk and bring to the heat. Let it thicken and add the chocolate and butter. Transfer the cream to a bowl and allow to cool.
2. Dough: mix the eggs with the sugar, then add vanillin, salt, oil and milk. Sift and add the flour and baking powder. Divide the dough into two bowls and add the cocoa in one of the two.
3. Prepare the first layer of dough and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. Then add the cream and the remaining part of the dough.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
