°2 untreated citrons

In a bowl, beat the soft butter with the sugar to obtain a creamy mixture, make the eggs one by one then mix

Butter and sugar two small springform pans of 16 cm or a single mold of 18 to 22 cm then divide the dough between them
Bake at 180° for 20 to 25 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before unmolding.
