Strawberry BOMBOM cake

For the cake:
3 large eggs
1/2 cup demerara sugar or xylitol
1 cup whole or plant-based milk
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a mixer or with a whisk (wire whisk) for 3 minutes, add the butter and the milk and mix slowly, finally add the dry ingredients (leaving the yeast last) stirring gently so as not to lose the aeration, put the yeast and stir again. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, pour this dough into a 20 cm mold greased with butter and cocoa powder, bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

For the filling:

1 box of cream
2 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tray of large strawberries.

Method of preparation:

Over low heat, stir the fake+manteiga+cream of powdered milk+milk for approximately 10 minutes, wait for it to cool, cut the strawberries in half and mix with this stuffing, set aside.

With the cake already cold, cut the top of it and remove the excess dough from the middle, add the filling and place the top again.For the ganache: Melt 150 grams of chocolate in the microwave and mix with 50 ml of cream, pass through cake and enjoy!
